A variety of new paintings

Along with painting boxes the past couple of weeks I also was working on new canvas paintings which are posted below.

Talavera Roadrunner

This is the newest addition to my Talavera Critter Collection.  I had fun doing him.  He looks a little fierce to me but then all roadrunners seem to have that look.

Rocky Desert

I decided to try a long narrow desert scene based on a pattern I came up with for a stained glass window my husband is working on.  I gave the saguaro the stained glass look that one in the window will have.

I also did this small cross painting.  I love the fancy frame which sets off the painting.
