Following in Grandma's Footsteps!

When the girls were here they each completed a painting. They are very creative and each produced a very distinctive painting in their individual style. The artists at work.
Janaya age 9
She decided to do an abstract painting in a vibrant color pallet. After completing the background she drizzled and splattered black and red paint over the canvas which makes a bold statement.
She titled her painting "Splatters & Spots".

Samantha age 11
Sam's passion is horses. She lives on a farm and rides and cares for the horses and she loves to draw them. She titled her painting "Saddle Breaking". She did a great job of capturing the action of the bucking horse.
Cheyenna age 13
She chose primary colors which she sponged on the canvas at random. She then painted a geometric flower which she outlined in black. The flower is a subtle touch which complements the background of the painting.
She titled her creation "Random".
